How vital is data entry? |

A good search starts with accurate data entry. TruDiligence utilizes automated systems. This is a benefit to you as it keeps costs down and improves turn-around times. It also means that your search requests start to process the minute you hit the “submit” button. This fact makes it almost impossible for TruDiligence to cancel searches or change identifiers that already have been submitted to vendors. Entering valid and correctly spelled names, dates of birth and social security numbers will ensure you don’t end up paying for cancelled searches or results that don’t match your applicant. This is a step only YOU can take. Please spend an extra few seconds to double-check your data entry PRIOR to submitting to TruDiligence. |
