I began working with TruDiligence (formerly IBS) in January of 2002, when I accepted a recruiting position at Total Longterm Care, Inc. Right from the beginning, the customer-centered approach was evident. IBS was open to hearing critical feedback about the slow, bulkiness of the web reporting tool and took steps shortly thereafter to remedy the shortcomings. Now, TruDiligence's web-based reporting system is incredibly streamlined and efficient.
Both Jerry and Isaac have an
