We employ a combination of innovative technology and old fashioned methodology to our customer service philosophy. We do not use a complicated, automated telephone attendant to address customer calls. A live individual is always available on dedicated customer service telephone lines. If the representatives are already engaged on a call, the call answering systems will record your message and then page key staff members immediately, notifying them of your call. Secondarily, if your contact to our support department is via our dedicated customer support email box, the same notification system activates and alerts key staff members of your inquiry. Our goal is to return any customer support contact within 30 minutes.

Resolve conflicts and disputes fairly and promptly.
TruDiligence operates as a consumer report agency as defined by The Fair Credit Reporting Act. Therefore, we adhere to strict guidelines when a conflict or dispute arises. Any dispute is re-investigated at no charge, and if the new investigation reveals changed information, our report is amended promptly and updated to all appropriate sources.

Maintain high standards of professional conduct and integrity.
TruDiligence understands that our service is one that is vital to the success of our clients. In this day and age, a negligence lawsuit would have a dramatic impact on any employer with serious financial consequences.
