I ordered an educational degree verification, and my degree did not show. What can I do?

The most common reason that would cause a degree not to report back is the school’s records clerk was unable to locate the degree when we attempted verification. Make sure you have supplied us with the correct full name that was used while attending school, the year your degree was obtained, and the type of degree that was awarded.
If all of this information was provided and is correct and the degree still is not reporting, it will be necessary for you to contact the school directly and discuss what might be wrong in your records to cause misidentification. If the records clerk locates a discrepancy and corrects your records so they reflect appropriately, contact MyTruSeal and request a re-verification of your degree.

Once we receive your information, we will validate the information provided; amend your MyTruSeal report as needed and resend a link to your new report via email. Allow 24-72 hours for this process to be completed.
