Allow me to provide some additional detail to give some context. First, to comply with the requriements, when perfroming the checks for SB25-003 we start with a listing of your name and address history as is on file with the credit bureau and other sources. In your case, it did indeed reveal an address in a state other than Colorado which required research. The research processes vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Many which are more technologically sophisticated can be completed very quickly. Others are a manaul process requiring interaction with court clerks and some of those manual jurisdictions can experience a delayed turnaroud time. The average is indeed less than 24 hours however, this is why the turnaround time on the website clearly states: "The turnaround time will be dependent on the criminal jurisdictions which need to be processed based on your address history. Many process same day and some may take up to a week or more. The average turnaround time is less than 24 hours." As to the refund, we incur research costs the minute research is started. For this reason, we do indeed have a no refunds policy except in rare circumstances. Given that the turnaround time is clearly indicated prior to purchase and influenced by research requirements that are outside of our control, we are unable to provide refunds.
