I wanted to let you know I just got to use TruDiligence for a background check this week. I had some minor issues (mainly user operator error, of course), but your customer service people were terrific and SO cheerful! Really, I do not think I have heard customer service people that cheerful, ever.

I began working with TruDiligence (formerly IBS) in January of 2002, when I accepted a recruiting position at Total Longterm Care, Inc.
